Students, there are many reasons why you may need to speak to a counselor: Academic Issues/Concerns - grades in a class, not understanding course content, time management, organization, etc. Social Concerns: friendship stresses/changes, needing friends, social media problems, rumors, etc. Personal Concerns: family changes/stresses, anxiety, personal stressors, feeling overwhelmed, etc. This is not a comprehensive list, as each day varies in what it brings and how we handle it.
